Registration Process

Families complete the Registration Form and submit the $100 registration fee per student.

Current Families:

Returning students and alumni families may register beginning December 15.  Upon submission of your application,  acceptance and placement are guaranteed for the next school year if you enroll by January 14th. The Registration Fee is due at submission of the application and are invoiced within your Brightwheel App. The one time costs: Supply/Activity Fee and Tuition Deposit (based on your monthly tuition rate) are due May 1st. Registration & Supply Fees and Tuition Deposits are non-refundable.

 

New Families:

We welcome new family registrations beginning January 15th. Upon submission of your application and acceptance to the school the following are due:

  1. Registration Fee ($100)

  2. Tuition Contract

  3. Supply/Activity Fee ($200/$250)

  4. Tuition Deposit (based on your monthly tuition rate)

  5. Registration & Supply Fees and Tuition Deposit are non-refundable.

  6. You will be notified if you have a secured a spot in the program of your choice.  If you do not receive a placement, your $100 registration fee will be returned to you.

Once a class is full:

We encourage you to join our waitlist if there is not an opening in the class of your choice.  We often have movement after registration and many families on our waitlist will have a space by the time school starts in the fall.

We follow a rolling admission process until all of the spaces are filled for the coming school year. Admission to the school continues till January. Admission after January is at the discretion of the Director.

ENROLLMENT 

Current VPC Preschool families: all forms are available within Brightwheel.

New and Alumni families: Receive a Brightwheel link to complete the Registration Form and successfully submit the $100 registration fee per student.  *Remaining paperwork is due upon acceptance into the program. All enrolling and admissions fees are non-refundable.
