Registration Process
Is this the right school for my family?
We are happy to talk with you about determining if VPCP is the right fit for your family. In addition to the school information on this website, please feel free to contact the office with any questions you may have about our program. We will be also be offering several preschool tours this month.
How do I register?
Fill out the VPCP Registration Form along with a $100 registration fee per student. The form and check can be mailed to the address on the form or dropped off at preschool (Monday-Thursday 8:30-1:30) or the church office (Monday-Thursday 9-4). All other forms are due later in the spring if your student is enrolled. Please do not send additional school forms with your registration form.
What is the timing for enrollment?
Returning students and alumni families register in January. New families may submit registration forms up until February 1, 2023 at 12 noon to be included in our initial placements. If we receive more registration forms than spaces are available, we will choose new family applications by lottery. You will be notified by February 3, 2023, if you have received placement in the program of your choice. If you do not receive a placement, your $100 registration check will be returned to you.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes! We encourage you to join our waitlist if there is not an opening in the class of your choice. We often have significant movement after registration and many families on our waitlist will have a space by the time school starts in the fall. There is no charge to be added to a waitlist. We only collect a registration fee once you have been offered a space.
How are remaining spaces filled?
After February 3, 2023, the school will follow a rolling admission process until all of the spaces are filled for the coming school year.
